I've been exactly where you are
After COVID, I found myself struggling - anxious, disconnected and not really sure who I was outside of work. I turned to fitness not to lose weight, but to find myself again.
Training gave me back my confidence, clarity and resilience. It showed me what I was capable of when I had the right structure and kept showing up - even when it felt hard.
